We have 2 go-to spots for birria and this is one of them! Love the goat birria with consomme - my fiance likes to eat it in taco form whereas I like to make quesabirria ramen at home. We also regularly get the tortas (our faves are buche, pastor, and cabeza) for a quick and delicious lunch meal. He loves their red salsa too. Solid portions, friendly-service, and of course we love supporting local businesses!
I love everything on the menu there menudo is packed with flavor and they put everything you need to go with it on the side lime cilantro onions pepper flakes, and the hot sauce they give you is amazing.
Well, after traveling to countries where eating is like a sport when we walked in here, I was immediately transported to a place far away from home and was just in love ❤️. It's so close to my actual home and I never new about it until recently. The horchata and Jamaica were being scooped from containers at the back by a server specially dedicated to that station. Don't go in here expecting a five star restaurant dining experience with silver platters and fancy tableware...
