I haven’t had el pollo loco in forever. The service exceeded my expectations for a a fast food restaurant. The staff members were kind & efficient. I had to wait a few minutes for fresh chicken, but I didn’t mind. The food that I ordered was delicious and definitely worth it.

We stopped here on our way back to NM. We were so high maintenance. I felt so bad because I ordered something that wasn’t within our dietary restrictions although the registrar, I think he was a manager, he totally made us feel welcomed and made sure that we were fed. It was awesome. I felt bad because they were super busy. Although they fixed our order and everything was amazing!!

Most El Pollo locos are run beautifully, this one is no different. The staff seems to care about what they're doing and performing their job to the best of their ability. The food is phenomenal don't miss this place if you get a chance.
