I had a great experience at Pollo Alejo on 7th Street and Bell Road. The customer service was excellent—everyone was friendly, courteous, and welcoming. The food was very good, fresh, and flavorful. It’s always nice to visit a restaurant where both the food and customer service meet a high standard. I would definitely recommend Pollo Alejo to anyone looking for a good meal and great service.

The food was good. Unfortunately the cilantro sauce given when ordering the classic chicken tostada salad is watered down. Are they watering it down to save, not cool. I also found the floor to be sticky as you're walking about and tables need to be cleaned more often.

I've been eating there for years it really helps when you can have a place you can depend on. For the first time the seasoning was too salty on their chicken. I think it's just a one-time thing. I didn't say anything I just figured it was a one-time thing. I wish they had more of these restaurants closer to where we live
