Grilled vs fried, so its a bit more healthy. I got the 3 piece chicken, pinto beans and rice. The food was tasty. I was impressed by chili salsa. The salsa Flavor was Different but taste great. Friendly service . The atmosphere isn't the best, because of the area. However; I work near there and i am happy they are located in that spot.

Customer service was really good. Everyone was nice and helpful.
The new Loco Tenders are really good. Crispy and full of flavor.
Food came out fresh and fast.
Everything was clean and organized.
I would come back again for sure.

Pollo loco is nostalgic to me. There's a location in Nuevo Laredo Mexico where I spent my childhood. This location has better pollo than most locations. Although other locations are still good. My favorite is the double pollo bowl with rice and beans with corn tortillas. Good place to eat real chicken. I also had good service.
