Hours say open until 9, came by at about 7:30 and they were closing up. Have a very picky toddler who wanted spaghetti and still had 4 hours before our flight departed. Was told no they were closing.
I ordered a bagel w cream cheese cookie and coffee . Tipped even tho it was a super easy order. She said your number is 11.. I didn’t think anything of it since it’s in the airport. BUT then she starts calling people by NAME to get their to go order.. mmm I guess she couldn’t be bothered by me or maybe my appearance to even ask for my name .
This was to multiple customers and it wasn’t even busy . When she gave me #11 my order I had to ask for my coffee as she was telling me goodbye as she failed to offer it to me when I ordered. Great job in not making someone feel welcomed . Needless to say I will not be returning
I however am very polite .. you’re welcome for the review you deserve .

I grew up on Fazoli's and while the staff was so nice, the food was terrible. Fazollis is known for their delicious garlic butter breadsticks. The breadsticks served here were hard, butterless and disgusting. My pepperoni pizza was so underdone that I was concerned I may get sick. The only good thing was the strawberry lemon ice. I will never be back to this location. Maybe corporate needs to come retrain here.
The food was great and the service was better! Thank you Stephanie and Elijah!

Friendly kids there. Food hot ready and fresh had me in and out. Never been to this restaurant before. This spaghetti and meatballs is better than most restaurants.

It is NOT pizza. I don’t know what it is.
I should’ve grabbed something else.
You order it, but can’t see it, but when it comes out, it’s a total let down. It’s messy, oily, small and went right in the garbage after one bite.

Gave me the runs
I wish I had grabbed something else.
Fazoli’s calls itself fast, fresh Italian, yet the only thing truly fast was how quickly I regretted ordering. My chicken fettuccine alfredo hit the counter in less than 6 minutes, but the sauce was watery and slimy and the noodles were glued together in sticky clumps.
The marinara on the side tasted like discount jar sauce, flat and loaded with preservatives. Even the breadstick was underdone, warm outside and raw dough inside.
The cashier who took my order was friendly and upbeat, so full credit to them, but fifteen dollars later most of the tray went in the trash and I boarded my flight still hungry.
If you value fresh flavor or properly cooked pasta, skip this location.
Breadstick man Will magically fill your basket if you sing the breadstick man song 🎵

I wish they had more locations moving from Arizona to upstate New York. Please put one in new Hartford.
Meatball sub along with breadsticks were Yummy!!! Went back to order another side of breadsticks. Staff were super friendly.
Huge thanks for offering a gluten-free pasta option and cooking it in water that hasn’t seen gluten. It is worth a bit extra wait for those of us who might otherwise have no good lunch option.
Gluten free available
Decided to give Fazoli’s breakfast a shot because it was close to our gate. It wasn’t great. Dry bread with mozzarella and breakfast meats just don’t go together. I assume lunch/dinner options are significantly better.
