Do not bother with online orders at this location. We put in an order for pickup and went in 10 minutes later. We did not expect it to be done already, but I did notice that the employees did not see not seem to be working on anything.
While we were waiting, 3 groups were able to walk in and get their order WITHIN MINUTES. We sat there 30m+ until they even STARTED to work on it (which was PAST the Ready By time.)
I think the employees are not working on online...

Ordered thru DoorDash, paid for 2 brownies, and only got one. It seems that this store forgets something with the last three DoorDash orders that I have submitted.

This was my first time trying Firehouse Subs and this was the location I just so happen to be by when I decided to try it. The staff here was excellent, they gave great customer service and made the sandwiches Neat and very tasty..
