Firehouse Subs Arcadia Plaza offers consistently delicious subs that customers enjoy. The staff is personable, professional, and helpful, contributing to a friendly atmosphere. While some have noted slow service, the food remains flavorful and well-prepared. The location is clean and well-equipped, providing a comfortable setting. The restaurant has a good vibe, with enjoyable music that is not too loud for conversation. Special mention goes to Tristen for providing great service, especially when accommodating large group orders. Despite some concerns about the countertop height limiting views of sandwich preparation and the suggestion for hairnets, overall, customers appreciate the restaurant’s reliable quality. Acknowledgement of app deals by management also adds to customer satisfaction, though some find the prices a bit high. Overall, it remains a solid choice for tasty subs.
