Great customer service and communication!!
I cannot say enough wonderful and amazing things about the Graze and Craze location on 32nd St and Thunderbird in Phoenix.
I recently hosted a baby shower for my daughter at the Little Play Avenue which is located nearby and I had chosen Graze and Craze to make the appetizers. They made the most beautiful and incredible Charcuterie boards filled with fruits, veggies, cheeses, breads, crackers ~ the list goes on …. They also even added wonderful dips and spreads as well....read full review

We visited Graze Craze for Valentine’s Day to put together something special for my dad, and despite it being a last-minute request needing same-day service, they were incredibly accommodating and kind.
The customer service was excellent from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to help us navigate the menu thoughtfully. My father is diabetic, and the lovely woman assisting us took the time to guide us through selections that would best suit his dietary needs....read full review
