“We hired Fat Freddy’s to cater our wedding when another vendor fell down on communication and we opted out of continuing with them. Fat Freddy was easy to communicate with regarding menu options, pricing, contract completion, etc. everyone loved the food and even though it was set for a guest list of 50 people they gave us so much food we had lots of leftovers for people to take home!“

“Sharko's catered my mother's Celebration of Life in August and our family was so pleased with the food and service. We selected the Assorted Sandwich Buffet for 200 people. The staff arrived on time, set up quietly while the memorial was taking place, and everything was beautifully prepared and displayed. I received nothing but positive comments from family members and other attendees. My only "complaint" is that when I went back to get another curry chicken-salad sandwich, they were ALL gone! Those sandwiches were divine and people snapped them up! 😭 I only had the opportunity to speak with one member of the wait staff, and that was Curlie. He was so very kind and gave me a hug while expressing his condolences on our family's loss. Should I ever require catering in the future, I will definitely look to Sharko's. Jacalyn Sharko was wonderful in facilitating our order and making sure that everything was to our specifications. Thank you to all the staff at Sharko's for helping to make our event a special one.“

The only suggestion I have for the people considering sending this as a gift would be to ask for the nuts to be kept seperate in case anyone is allergic. We had a family member who couldnt eat any of the board because the nuts were scattered around the tray.“

“We had two great experiences here this weekend! Lavell was our server this morning and he was an absolute ray of sunshine. So attentive and went above and beyond to give fantastic service. The coffee is so good that we bought a bag to take home! Both of our breakfast selections were delicious - I had the southwest omelet and he had the Basil melt (as per Lavell’s suggestion) and we both loved our meals.

“Louisiana cuisine at its best. Everything I ate, including the cabbage and catfish hush puppies, was wonderful. Lasagne was exactly what I needed, and Cajun fries, the corn dish, were my favorite.
