“Heidi's did such an amazing job at our wedding back in December. Jillian and her team were so easy to work with from start to finish. The tastings were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. It was an easy pick early on because they nailed every dish at our tasting.. and they were also able to accommodate to an Asian-inspired menu that we were looking for. Our guests loved the food.. the sea bass seemed to be a star, just like we knew it would. I have some phenomenal cooks in my family, so I knew it was a homerun when they were telling me how great the fish was. Another highlight was Angie - one of the staff that was designated to taking care of us on wedding night. Always there to get us a refresh on our drinks, making sure we had hors d'oeuvres set aside, and packing to-go food for us.. an absolute rock star! Thanks again to the Heidi's team! For reference, we have 152 total guests and did butler passed hors d'oeuvres and a plated dinner. If you're like me and you're worried about a large headcount getting the right cook on proteins, don't fret. Sea bass cooked to perfection and the beef cooked to the most beautiful medium rare - as it should be! And they also did an amazing vegetarian stir-fry. Of all the caterers we tried in AZ (and we tried all the best) they're the only ones that nailed the vegetarian dish. You'd be stupid not to at least book a tasting!“

“I have been remiss to write a review until now. I can't say enough about Nik, AZ Inspirations catering and staff! Over the past years I was introduced to Nik and his services through a dear friend who has since passed. My family started to use his services for happy occasions as well as sad. So hadn't needed his services in quite a few years When the need came up last year I didn't think of calling anyone else but Nik. He this time delivered to our home for a Celebration of Life for our son. I knew I would need him again when my brother passed and so at the beginning of this year called and once again he provided his services. The food every time tastes even better than the last even though I choose the same menus and the service along with the pricing is suburb! I can't say enough about Nik and AZ Inspirations Catering and so sorry it took me this long to give my review. When the occasion arises again I know who I will be calling! The cooks were extreamly prompt and friendly along with making sure they made things how you like.

Food was extremely tender and delicious. Pork and chicken were both cook to perfection along with the sauces being extravagant!

“The girl working here was truly friendly. There were a lot of options for vegetables to add to my salad. The smoked eggplant and spiced carrots were particularly good. Several different flavors of hummus which are all delicious, lots of cold veggies for topping and a nice array of sauces as well! The portions were generous, great price, yummy fresh food!“

“Words cannot describe how amazing Brian Webb of PHX Lechon Roasters made for our friend’s Celebration of Life event in Surprise, AZ. He roasted two 46-lb pigs in our backyard using their professional Lechon BBQ equipment. Brian went above and beyond for this event. Watching the process was incredible, but eating the final product was completely out of this world.

After roasting to perfection, he transported the Lechons to our community ballroom five minutes away to set up. With Brian’s ever present culinary background, he professionally set up, displayed the Lechons side by side, cut and served 120 guests with a smile and top-notch care. The meal was completely out of this world—crispy skin on the outside, incredibly juicy, tender and packed with organic herbs and seasoned flavor. Catering an event for 120 people is no small task, he handled the entire job seamlessly from start to finish.

“Wow! I was not expecting this quality of food at the school. The food is delicious and hearty! I ordered a chicken salad that could have fed two, and that was good because I was hungry. The only drawback to this spot is the price can be high for college students, but they are not inflated. You definitely get what you pay for! The inside seating is very nice and there is an expansive patio overlooking the MU courtyard which I like to sit at. I highly recommend eating here as long as you come in knowing you're not getting dollar menu pricing.“
