From the amazing appetizers they served during our cocktail hour, to the phenomenal pizza they served during dinner, we were blown away! Wendy responds so quickly and answered all of our questions! We loved getting to meet her before the wedding for a taste test and we were obsessed with her pizzas! We can’t wait to have it again! Can’t recommend Wendy enough! “We had a catering order for Indian food from Classic Catering. Shiv was great to communicate with - very responsive and attentive to the details I sent. Our group had a lot of food restrictions and Shiv was able to accommodate all of them. Most places say they are unable to do it all, but Shiv was happy to work with all our requests, and adapt the food accordingly. They clearly make everything from scratch and even with all the restrictions still adhered to the spice level we requested.The food was excellent!! So tasty and well seasoned. The naan was fluffy and soft, and the chicken was moist and tender. They kept the food hot right up until delivery. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would highly recommend Classic Catering and Shiv. We will be ordering from them again in the near future.“

I’ve worked with Fat Freddy’s a few times now, and they continue to impress me. Whether they deliver and set everything up or you pick up the food and handle the setup yourself, they make the entire experience easy. Their presentation is beautiful, and when you pick up, everything is packaged incredibly well so it travels perfectly.

We recently ordered the Ultimate Breakfast, and my clients declared it the best catered breakfast they had ever experienced!

Yesterday, we tried the Baked Potato Bar with brisket chili, vegan chili, salad, rolls, and dessert—and it was another huge hit. The food was beautiful, delicious, unique, and perfect for a business lunch. My clients are catered to frequently, so finding something that feels different and special can be a challenge. The potato bar absolutely delivered—satisfying without being too heavy for the middle of the workday.

But the biggest shout-out goes to the Fat Freddy’s team for going above and beyond to take care of us and our clients. That kind of service matters.

“Sharko's catered my mother's Celebration of Life in August and our family was so pleased with the food and service. We selected the Assorted Sandwich Buffet for 200 people. The staff arrived on time, set up quietly while the memorial was taking place, and everything was beautifully prepared and displayed. I received nothing but positive comments from family members and other attendees. My only "complaint" is that when I went back to get another curry chicken-salad sandwich, they were ALL gone! Those sandwiches were divine and people snapped them up! 😭 I only had the opportunity to speak with one member of the wait staff, and that was Curlie. He was so very kind and gave me a hug while expressing his condolences on our family's loss. Should I ever require catering in the future, I will definitely look to Sharko's. I was frantic to find a caterer and at the recommendation of a friend who had used them for a corporate event, I reached out to see if they were available for my date and to get a quote. “We chose MiCatering based on an option from our venue, Tercero by Aldea Weddings. We had an idea of a taco bar style type of buffet for our wedding and shared our opinion with the the caterer Maria. I sent my maid of honor to do a food tasting & he absolutely loved it. Come wedding day, Maria was there with her team & they did an amazing job! During cocktail hour, she served quesadilla pinwheels & chips & salsa. We had salad, mashed potatoes, chicken poblano & barbacoa with tortillas served to our guests. “Been a few weeks, but I wanted to send a shout out to Hector and his crew at Taqueria Guadalajara. I had been looking for someone who could come out to our house and cook authentic street tacos for my wife’s Birthday. Hector got us a quote and we were able to take a drive out to their location in Phoenix and sample the goods. My wife and I left that day ecstatic with my finding them. Hector brought out a sample of the tacos with all of the trimmings and it was AMAZING... We drove home and we’re so excited for the night they would show up. Got a text from them the night of saying there had been an accident and they were going to be running a little late, which was fine as guests were still arriving. Setup was smooth and quick once they did arrive which was about 30 minutes after the scheduled time. I’m kicking myself because I didn’t think to get a few shots of the setup, but picture a table masterfully setup with the well fried beans and Mexican rice, as well as all of the additional sides one could hope for (onions, cilantro, pickled hot carrots, two types of salsa green and red, roasted jalapeños, radishes, lemons and limes, green cabbage, tortilla chips, Guacamole, cooked onions with jalapeños and the smells of the Carne and chicken on the grill). They also brought a big batch of Lemonade, although we wanted Horchata, but that was on me as the order had listed Lemonade, and I missed it. From the time they showed up to the time everything was ready to serve was about a half hour or so, food was amazing, and the gentleman who did the cooking was extremely professional and cognizant of making sure the prep and safety was top priority. We were so looking forward to this being a hit with our guests and Hector and his team went above and beyond to make it just that. We could not have been happier with the cost, service and professionalism. We even had leftovers for days which they helped get bagged and put in containers for us. The only thing I would recommend is making sure you have the necessary supplies to package up all of the leftovers and making sure you have room in the fridge to store it all. I did manage to capture a few shots of the amazing food, just sorry I didn’t think to capture the setup and prep as it was spot on. We will definitely be calling on Hector and his crew the next time we are in the market for authentic street tacos, and I would highly recommend his services for your next event.
