Michele suggested a tapas menu for lunch. Every suggestion he made was perfect to me. The menu was delicious, presented beautifully and added a special touch for our family and friends at a difficult time. I hope to be able to use Michele again for any catering needs I may have.“

“We made the drive from across town to try this restaurant after seeing them on Tiktok. Our biggest selling point was that the pink tacos are dye free! After talking with one of the owners, she did confirm she used beets for coloring in her made-from-scratch corn tortillas. She was very friendly and took very good care of us while we were there. The food was absolutely delicious. I was very pleased with the beet salsa as I am allergic to tomatoes. The food was a good portion for the price. We all left satisfied, especially my kids. The biggest down side is that it's hard to find unless you're looking for it. I highly recommend making the effort to find them!“

“We worked a lot with Sarah the Executive Event Producer. She was extremely organized, easy to work with, knowledgable, and very kind! We had several questions and correspondents with her and each one she went above and beyond to make us feel like we have all of the answers we needed! When we went in for our tasting everything was presented in a very professional manner! The food was delicious and they made amazing suggestions based on our guest needs/accommodations, and our options. On our wedding night we had many guests the raved about the Peppercorn Encrusted Filet Mignon and West Coast Creamy Potatoes! Everything was incredibly flavorful and the staff was very attentive! My now husband and I are HUGE fans of ice cream and one request we had was to do an ice cream sundae bar at our wedding. We knew we wanted to work with them and they have never done one before, but made it work specifically for us which was awesome! Park Avenue did the catering. Their unique presentation of each individual offering was beyond description. “We attended a catered event last night for a senior awards ceremony. I'm told that Brown Brothers did the catering. The food was incredible! The rolls had such a nice home baked flavor (even the butter was perfect). The salad greens with strawberries was so fresh and unblemished. The salad and dressing combination was perfect. The chicken marsala tasted much better than it looked (not that it looked bad, because it didn't! I just didn't expect much from it, but I was definitely wrong!) The slice of roast beef that I was given was perfect! And the mashed potatoes...I could do an entire review just on the potatoes. Everyone at our table thought they were absolutely incredible! Best mashed potatoes I've ever had. The green beans almondine was superb as well. Dessert was perfect as well. I'm not the one who catered the event obviously, so I can't comment on the business side of things. But if it's anything like the food, then it's 100%! I definitely recommend Brown Brothers.“

“Words cannot describe how amazing Brian Webb of PHX Lechon Roasters made for our friend’s Celebration of Life event in Surprise, AZ. He roasted two 46-lb pigs in our backyard using their professional Lechon BBQ equipment. Brian went above and beyond for this event. Watching the process was incredible, but eating the final product was completely out of this world.

After roasting to perfection, he transported the Lechons to our community ballroom five minutes away to set up. With Brian’s ever present culinary background, he professionally set up, displayed the Lechons side by side, cut and served 120 guests with a smile and top-notch care. The meal was completely out of this world—crispy skin on the outside, incredibly juicy, tender and packed with organic herbs and seasoned flavor. Catering an event for 120 people is no small task, he handled the entire job seamlessly from start to finish.
