Hillstone is always a sure thing whether just drinks, lunch, happy hour or dinner.Unfortunately because this was a business lunch I did not take any photos.I ordered the Famous French Dip. Not the first time I’ve had it here.As always, the fries are crispy and the meat, tender and perfectly cooked.I’ve also been here for happy hour and the Smoked Salmon is AMAZING.Great place for fun, social meetings and business.I’ll definitely post photos as soon as I get a chance.

With Covid you should have the patio available for any kind of food you want not just appetizers absolutely ridiculous that you don’t accommodate to people who still care about a deadly virus that has killed or disabled millions of people.

With the rising food costs, I was shocked to see the menu items are actually very reasonable, especially for the service, upscale atmosphere, and of course the sheer quality of the food.If you're looking for a stellar meal, top-notch wait staff, and a sophisticated experience....Hillstone nails it.Be sure to visit their sister restaurant, Houston's, as well.
