Horrible! Says they serve pizza all day yet they have you wait until breakfast is over at 10am. We wait two hours for 10am, as soon as 10am hits the cashier puts up a sign stating the kitchen is closed due to “the chef not being ready” As a line builds the cashier and chef both are now prepping pizzas in the mean time. Around 10:30 is when they were able to help everyone with their pizzas lol. Please take down signs that confuse customers on when they are actually serving specific items on the menu, it’s an inconvenience for us customers and for themselves as employees.

The service at this establishment could be a lot better. The signage is misleading and the workers were unprepared. Sign says “Served All Day” when they actually don’t. Customers are told to come back at 10am. 10am comes and we were told that the kitchen is still closed because the man in the back is not ready. Preparation should begin at 8am so that the “chef” is better prepared. Do better and you’ll get better reviews.

This was the only place in the airport i could find where the food was actually reasonably priced. I got a whole cheese pizza for $15, which isn't bad considering i could go next door and get a regular cheeseburger and pay $18 for it! I was helped by Keshawn today, he was very very understanding and kind as i'm a college student who has not very much money, so he was patient while i figured out how to get enough to pay for my order. I would have given him a huge tip if i could! Overall good food for a reasonable price and super kind workers. Thank you guys!

Takes him 10 minutes to read the order. There’s 3 choices of pizzas. SmhThe girl taking the orders has a bad attitude. 3 customers in front of me I was asked if I wanted to wait 25 minutes or more for my order. Wow!Took 30 min. Incompetence is running rampant at this terminal.

The food was great. The service was horrible. The waiter (Sam) was very rude and condescending. I pride myself on being a great tipper, For the first time in my life, I didn’t feel a tip was deserving. Seemed a bit prejudice. I’m not one to play the race card but he was very nice to all those around with the exception of me. He offered me a drink, i asked for water he then proceeded to put the glass down on a dirty counter. I asked if he could swipe the counter. Per Sam “ It;s Dirty because you sat there without it being cleaned first. “ Well Sir, why would you offer me a drink first”. (SMH) . That wasn’t the only thing. Then when my food was up it sat there for awhile, he had his back turned so I assumed he just didn’t hear the cooks when they called him for the order ( let alone they put the dirty receipt on top of your pie and not under to let the servers know who it belong too (YUK). I understand that it was a little busy but no where near as busy from when I first arrived. I watched as they put my food up. I waited and waited for him to acknowledge the cooks that my order was ready. All those around me that came after me had gotten their orders. However, when I got his attention to let him know my food was sitting. He basically told me , its busy and your not the only one waiting “ But again SIR everyone around me got there orders and ordered after me”. SMH… SAM was so rude !!!!!!!! I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN!!! I don’t care how long of a layover I have. Sincerely PISSED OUT”.
