Iyanna rude . Doesn't finish the sentences speaks like she needs a blunt she going a 100 miles an hr ... took long to get 3 things told me to come to front not sure why but she took long to get my food.. she definitely needs to slow down .. and have some customer service...I won't be returning ...
Very LATE, you arrive at the window through Drive Thru and they tell you to go to the parking lot to wait or else they tell you to go back about 15 feet, and then they make signs for you to go through, I DON'T KNOW WHY THEY DO THAT, and almost no customers show up. they watch. And when I go to other Jack's they don't make you do that

The restaurant is always clean to include the bathrooms. I frequent the restaurant often.Wheelchair accessibility: The building provides easy access, and isles are wide enough to accommodate wheel chairs and walkers. I am hard of hearing so the employees bring my orders to me.
