Kept forgetting my fries
My experience at this Jack in the Box was extremely disappointing. Today, July 16, at approximately 12:45 a.m., I went through the drive-thru, and the older lady working the night shift treated me with a complete lack of professionalism.

I came through drive through; I got a southwest salad without chicken & medium curly fries. Salad was good but the fries were cold & I went back to get fresh ones ; 1 minute later I got the order & the fries tasted like they just put them back in the fryer. They were not fresh; I was pretty disappointed..
