Let me preface this review by saying I don't often go to fast food restaurants, but there's no Jack In The Box where I'm from, so we decided to give this iconic chain a shot.Now, I'll give a little slack being as it was 1 AM. The guy on duty for drive-thru service was personable ... I won't rate atmosphere as I didn't go into the place.The fries were cool to the touch, like they might have been somewhat adjacent to a heat lamp most of the afternoon, but missed the direct exposure...read full review

Cashier was rude, not enough workers but very little customers as well. A lot of homeless people hanging out, but the food taste great, was appealing by appearance and clean on the inside.custoner service with the female worker made it look bad.

They really should start cooking at least certain items in DIFFERENT Oil.... Like the mini churros should NEVER be cooked with, pretty much EVERYTHING Else.... It's not THAT MUCH OF A COST TO RETAIN CUSTOMERS. Cook the stuff with cinnamon, with like items. Jack might actually get a few customers back!NOONE I know will eat at jack-in-the-box.
