Ordered through the drive-thru several times...got home and the order is wrong. I have also TRIED to use their Mobile App on my phone over the past couple of months...doesn't work MOST of the time! It says, "store is NOT currently taking orders!" Very irritating...so I go somewhere else! I have contacted their "so called" customer service but have had NO reply/response!
The manager on duty and employee who made my food just told me that they were both -and I quote- "high as fuck" and that was their explanation for being rude to me and messing up my food. Then they slammed the window shut. Maybe all their employees should get drug tested? �
