“There’s a KFC that’s much closer to me, and repeatedly there have been problems. Ranging from running out of chicken and unable to fulfill a chicken order I already paid for, sides we requested that I paid for, did not give us items we paid for, and overall just a bad experience.
This KFC here at this location has never given me any of those excuses, never forgot any items I purchased, food is awesome and fresh, and always has been extremely friendly. I’m really glad I can still get my KFC fix at a reliable spot - even if I have to drive a little bit further just to get great KFC, it’s worth every penny.
*EDIT* I ordered for pickup through the KFC app, I did not use the drive-thru ordering.“
“This KFC is the best one I’ve been to so far in the area. The workers put in full effort to get the food to their customers, they’re extremely kind, customer service is the absolute best and they’re fast most of the time. 100% recommend!!!!“
“The service was excellent. The young woman explained that the chicken was being freshly prepared and let me know there would be a short wait, asking if I was okay with it. When the chicken came out fresh and hot, the gentleman brought it over and apologized again for the wait. The hot and spicy wings were absolute fire — just as impressive as their top-notch customer service. All brings my childhood memories back!“
“7/15/24: My husband picked up one 3 piece, dark, original and one 3 piece dark extra crispy. Both turned out to be original. 7/25/24: He picked up the same 2 orders. Both had 1 breast, 1 wing, and 1thigh. They were the right recipe. I feel this is really poor service. People usually order what they do for a reason. We do not care for white meat. I prefer extra crispy because it isn't as peppery flavored. Food is way too expensive to constantly get what you did not order.

“After reading all the bad reviews I'm shocked that everything was excellent for me! Chicken was hot and juicy and delicious, coleslaw was juicy and not dry and potatoes were hot with plenty and gravy for my warm biscuit! (And no I am not the manager 😂)
Employee was friendly and the restaurant was clean. What more can I say!“

“This location was very busy. I think they were short staffed and seemed to be running out of food. Unfortunately, mistakes were made. However, the manager fixed them promptly. She was genuinely apologetic and took extra care to make sure we left satisfied. By far my favorite location, even on a "bad" day. Be patient friends, we are all human and doing the best we can...“

“Wanted to take a moment to shout out to the crew at this Specific KFC.
I had placed an order with door dash, it never arrive even after nearly 2 hours from the point it was confirmed picked up at KFC (The DoorDash app still showed driver waiting for pickup at the time I am typing this).
Several call to DD got me nowhere.
Went to the KFC directly and the manager and the crew there were amazing.
Not only did they listen to my complaint, they made it right by me when they did not technically have to.
Been doing Customer Support/Service for nearly 40 years, this had to have been one of the best experiences in a less than ideal circumstance I have experience in a long while.
Kudos to you guys at KFC as this is exactly what CS should be.“
“I have lived in the area since 1996,and have had this KFC since then. For probably 15 years it was great. About 2 years ago, up until maybe 6 months or so ago, it was horrible. Long lines, order was always wrong,and rude people. That has totally changed,and everything and everyone has been great. I enjoy My KFC again.
