KFC in Phoenix

“Food prices have gone way up and food way down. Portions were significantly smaller and chicken had hardly any meat on the bones. They still give 3 times the amount of gravy to the amount of potatos. The drive thru lady seemed to be very unhappy to be working. Figured maybe having a bad day, but it was borderline rude.“

“I was there saturday, the place is pretty nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu items. This location is very different from the other ones I've been to. They are not as clean and the staff seems disconnected from the customers. I highly recommend this location👍🏻“

“So after a little break, we decided to try this KFC location again. We recently moved away from this location because of the lack of staff friendliness. The previous employees were not happy!!! Well today we met Dory and wow!!!! So sweeet! So patient. So friendly! So attentive!! So good. This fresh of breath area is much needed!!! Dory has to be a true Arizonan. That friendliness and love was not forced - it was just shining thru! Great great hire KFC and about time!!! Thanks for the Arnold Palmer suggestion Dory ….. yummy!!!!“

“7/15/24: My husband picked up one 3 piece, dark, original and one 3 piece dark extra crispy. Both turned out to be original. 7/25/24: He picked up the same 2 orders. Both had 1 breast, 1 wing, and 1thigh. They were the right recipe. I feel this is really poor service. People usually order what they do for a reason. We do not care for white meat. I prefer extra crispy because it isn't as peppery flavored. Food is way too expensive to constantly get what you did not order.

Parking: Close to building.“

“My experience was disappointing. I was not greeted or how long I was to wait for the chicken, I was not acknowledged. I was being overlooked.. finally, after waiting 10 to 15 mins. I received my order. I also ordered 4 jalapeños. Akshay I waited for my purchase. Just for jalapeños, I waited 5 more mins. At that time, I was getting inpatient. I had to ask for my jalapeños. All they had to do was reach over and give my item to me. Service was disappointing.“

“Manager Cynthia was very polite and made sure my order was hot and juicy when it was ready. I'll definitely continue to return to this exact location. The dinning area was well kept and the drinks were a great selection to choose from.“

“Did a take out order for a client and they were very impressed at how juicy the chicken was. They were out of biscuits but went out of their way to substitute for another side which was nice. Client was excited to see a drumstick on the bottom of the bucket.“

“This location was very busy. I think they were short staffed and seemed to be running out of food. Unfortunately, mistakes were made. However, the manager fixed them promptly. She was genuinely apologetic and took extra care to make sure we left satisfied. By far my favorite location, even on a "bad" day. Be patient friends, we are all human and doing the best we can...“

“Never thought id review a fast food place cause they tend to be the same wherever you go. This KFCs staff was super friendly and polite and the food their was excellent, i usually expect kfc to be on the greasy side and slightly soggy but this was nice and juicy and crispy. Will definitely come back “

“Wanted to take a moment to shout out to the crew at this Specific KFC.

I had placed an order with door dash, it never arrive even after nearly 2 hours from the point it was confirmed picked up at KFC (The DoorDash app still showed driver waiting for pickup at the time I am typing this).

Several call to DD got me nowhere.

Went to the KFC directly and the manager and the crew there were amazing.

Not only did they listen to my complaint, they made it right by me when they did not technically have to.

Been doing Customer Support/Service for nearly 40 years, this had to have been one of the best experiences in a less than ideal circumstance I have experience in a long while.

Kudos to you guys at KFC as this is exactly what CS should be.“
