KFC in Phoenix

“I have lived in the area since 1996,and have had this KFC since then. For probably 15 years it was great. About 2 years ago, up until maybe 6 months or so ago, it was horrible. Long lines, order was always wrong,and rude people. That has totally changed,and everything and everyone has been great. I enjoy My KFC again.

“I was there saturday, the place is pretty nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu items. This location is very different from the other ones I've been to. They are not as clean and the staff seems disconnected from the customers. I highly recommend this location👍🏻“

“The service was excellent. The young woman explained that the chicken was being freshly prepared and let me know there would be a short wait, asking if I was okay with it. When the chicken came out fresh and hot, the gentleman brought it over and apologized again for the wait. “My experience was disappointing. I was not greeted or how long I was to wait for the chicken, I was not acknowledged. I was being overlooked.. finally, after waiting 10 to 15 mins. I received my order. I also ordered 4 jalapeños. Akshay I waited for my purchase. Just for jalapeños, I waited 5 more mins. At that time, I was getting inpatient. I had to ask for my jalapeños. All they had to do was reach over and give my item to me. Service was disappointing.“

“7/15/24: My husband picked up one 3 piece, dark, original and one 3 piece dark extra crispy. Both turned out to be original. 7/25/24: He picked up the same 2 orders. Both had 1 breast, 1 wing, and 1thigh. They were the right recipe. I feel this is really poor service. People usually order what they do for a reason. We do not care for white meat. I prefer extra crispy because it isn't as peppery flavored. Food is way too expensive to constantly get what you did not order.

“Wanted to take a moment to shout out to the crew at this Specific KFC.

I had placed an order with door dash, it never arrive even after nearly 2 hours from the point it was confirmed picked up at KFC (The DoorDash app still showed driver waiting for pickup at the time I am typing this).

Several call to DD got me nowhere.

Went to the KFC directly and the manager and the crew there were amazing.

Not only did they listen to my complaint, they made it right by me when they did not technically have to.

Been doing Customer Support/Service for nearly 40 years, this had to have been one of the best experiences in a less than ideal circumstance I have experience in a long while.

Kudos to you guys at KFC as this is exactly what CS should be.“

“This location was very busy. I think they were short staffed and seemed to be running out of food. Unfortunately, mistakes were made. However, the manager fixed them promptly. She was genuinely apologetic and took extra care to make sure we left satisfied. By far my favorite location, even on a "bad" day. Be patient friends, we are all human and doing the best we can...“

“Never thought id review a fast food place cause they tend to be the same wherever you go. This KFCs staff was super friendly and polite and the food their was excellent, i usually expect kfc to be on the greasy side and slightly soggy but this was nice and juicy and crispy. Will definitely come back “
