Quality and Amazing Food. John and his family have delicious recipes. The pork belly, Kalbi, Bulgogi and Chicken Katsu are dreamy. The Kimchi and Pork Belly Hot Pot is the best. A+ establishment. One of the best local finds.
Food was delicious and the service was amazing! Our server took the time to answer questions, was personable and kind, and was very attentive!

Kimchi Korean BBQ is a hidden gem and a must-visit in the Glendale/Phoenix area for a genuine, flavorful experience. The food is indescribably good, incredibly fresh, full of flavor, and packed with a perfect Korean fusion punch. Portions are big, often leaving leftovers. Specific standout dishes include the phenomenal spicy chicken, the galbi, the meat jun, the spicy squid stir fry, the stir fried kimchi, the kimchi soup, the Steamed Kimchi Mandoo, and the Beef Bibimbap. The seafood pancake can be a little doughy, and the salmon is nothing special. The restaurant has a homey feel, reminiscent of small Korean restaurants. It is run by a husband-and-wife team; the owner is a delight and finds joy in connecting with customers. The staff is delightful, kind, patient, sweet, attentive, and provides amazing, top-tier service. They are efficient, even on busy days like Valentine's Day, getting tables ready quickly. The Mokkoli and ice-cold Korean beer are highly recommended. This spot has become a favorite in the valley, with many customers planning to return.
