The staff was friendly and Carmen was great and tried her best to accommodate my family's request. So I came thru the drive thru to get a dozen glazed donuts. My kids and I took one bite and realized the donuts were cold and seemed like they came out of a refrigerator. It was not the classic Krispy Kreme taste that we knew. I ended up going back in and asking for something else. I didn't realize this location doesn't make them fresh and they are actually delivered...
Lack of variety, not completely stocked and only 1 poor lady working on a Saturday late morning. Donuts were still good and darned if that attendant didn't complete every order and greet every new customer with a smile and send them off with a thank you. Heros sometimes just do their jobs and get on with it. Will be back for sure.
I go to this location multiple times and the only thing I don't like is that they're getting way expensive and glazed donuts most of the time it says not available in the app. Other than that service is good.
