Honesty, I haven't had Wingstop for a long time and I remember why I stopped going. I order way ahead and did the pick up option. They claimed the wait will be 20 minutes at most for 15 wings which is reasonable. I gave them an extra ten minutes I. Case they needed more time. Keep in mind, 30 minutes already passed and my wings were not ready. Had to wait 10 minutes in the store extra and it wasn't worth it.
