It is SO cute here. The sushi is delicious and fresh. The rice is sweet and there is a little robot that delivers your drinks. I can’t wait until I have a reason to come back to Phx so I can eat here again.
As someone that used to live in Japan, this place is pretty good. The fried chicken is legit Japanese kaarage, potato starch and all. They even give you a side of nanban (Japanese tartar) sauce with it which is surprising. The tamago (egg) sushi is also legit since the eggs are made with mirin (Tokyo-style/sweet). The fatty tuna (chutoro) is still a bit frozen if you order it fresh from the touchpad so it would probably be better to get one that was sitting out unless if you...
This is one of those places that has robots and all tech. It’s not a BAD place. This is definitely for those neurodivergent people. Portions are small, but again not a horrible place. But definitely not a place for everyone
