It's a classic spot humble, honest, family oriented just like I grew up and I felt so at home just ordering and when I took that first bite of the tacos de adobada WOW full of flavor, tortillas taste handmade, and they're aren't stingy on the meat, got a quesadilla of the same, adobada and again just a HUGE quesadilla FULL of flavor, the red and green slasas were perfectly made as well and the prices of all the food items are something i cant complain about. DELICIOUS! Incredibly authentic. Affordable. Friendly staff. An absolute must stop if you are in Phoenix! 🌮 My go to’s are the carne asada tacos and the birria tacos.

Los Tacos Más Frescos de Arizona is a classic spot, humble, honest, and family oriented. The food is delicious and incredibly authentic, with big chunks of real beef roast and a reasonable amount of rice and beans. The tacos de adobada are full of flavor with handmade tortillas and they aren't stingy on the meat. The carne asada tacos, birria tacos, and quesadillas are also go-to’s, with the birria being the best in Arizona hands-down. The red and green salsas are perfectly made, and the hot sauce and agua de melon are on point. The food is really flavorful and satisfying, and the prices are something to not complain about. It’s a food truck on a side street with plenty of room to park, and it’s “to go” only, but don’t let that stop you. The owners are amazing, friendly, and happy to talk about their menu. It’s a real gem and an absolute must stop in Phoenix.
