Both beans and rice were HARD terribly undercooked. I wish I had read reviews before. I couldn’t eat it

Service ok. Burrito was big, but tasteless, and it was cold. You gotta cook the food fresh, not have it sitting in heat trays, especially when they're not heated. Would not go back.

Lots of staff, but more interested in talking and laughing among themselves instead of helping a customer. Manager was lecturing team while I waited. Food was subpar - beans and rice completely lacking flavor. I don't really expect a lot from airport vendors. But we're in Arizona, the Mexican food should be on point. Sacramento Airport has food dialed with local Sacramento restaurants setting up shops in the airport instead of mediocre mall food court franchises.

Terrible everything. Seriously skip this place. Absolute worst food I’ve eaten at an airport ever. Taco Bell is 400% better. Walk literally anywhere else.

Had a breakfast burrito here in the AM. Great customer service and the cashier was very pleasant. Chorizo was delish. Only $8 for a burrito is cheap these days, none the less in an airport! I’d recommend (atleast the breakfast burritos).

Got the asada breakfast burrito and it lacked flavor. Not sure they season their meat. There are better options at the airport

Food was slightly below average. I probably won't come back here. I would say it was pretty fast and you get a decent amount of food for price (considering airport prices)

The food although good, was way overpriced. The service was very impersonal. When ordering, the person making the food had absolutely NO expression and seemed like she hated her job. I had asked a question and she didn't respond until I asked again.....maybe it was because she had an AirPod stick in one of her ears. I guess people aren't able to work without their music because then it would mean they would actually be attentive. I only ate here because I was starving but would have just starved if I knew that the experience would be as lame as it was. Yes, it is only airport food but maybe management should do a bit better with their employees and it looks to the consumer. I suppose the sky high prices are due to the massive inflation but a smile doesn't cost anything. Find another place to eat - this place is not worth your time or money

A one-star review is being generous here! I ordered a vegetarian burrito, but got one with sausage. It wasn’t even that busy and they still managed to screw up my order. I went back for a refund - no apologies or responsibility taken. I still haven’t received a refund and wouldn’t be surprised if they screwed that up too! Avoid this place like a disease, please!

That was a really expensive and bland burrito. You pay 1-3 dollars for every additional topping then they get your order wrong. Plus my server was having a really grumpy day.

If I return it will be for the entertainment because this place is a #dumpsterfire lol. Breakfast food is essentially a hotel continental breakfast at chipotle price.

Not crazy expensive. Got a carnitas burrito for ~$13. About ½-⅔ the size of a Chipotle burrito. Not a ton of flavor in the chicken, surprisingly. Fine for airport food I suppose.
