Overall, great spot to relax, get some food, and enjoy a nice cool drink. Also, there is a big open grass area is great for families with kids who may want to run around and play.Unfortunately, the past few times we’ve been here, service has been a miss. Every time I go is a great time. I’m not a native Arizonian, nor do I live there, but coming from Chicago where great restaurants are a short walk away, Lou’s is fantastic. Service is always great, food’s great, atmosphere is meh, a lot of wanna be business folks with golf clubs giving you the stink eye, but ignore em and all is good. It’s my go to whenever I’m in the Phoenix area. Definitely recommend.

Very nice atmosphere. Bartender was very cordial. Was there for happy hour and chose an appetizer from menu, however portion was extremely small for the price. Wanted to like this place, but feel it is not worth the prices.
