Really great service during breakfast time. Very friendly staff, offered us more coffee as we sat and enjoyed the morning. Hot food and always delicious!
Today’s visit was infuriating! While I was waiting at the drive-thru window for my food, I heard the general manager, Jennifer, shouting the most foul language at her employees. It’s unacceptable, no matter how busy it is. I got out of the drive-thru to confront her about her foul language, and she arrogantly said, “I got to keep it moving,” as if her abusive language was justified. Way too slow. Their excuse every time is we are short staffed. Maybe management would see such poor ratings and spend some more time and money training their staff.
