This is my home McDonald’s location, so I’ve been here many times. They do occasionally forget items, but typically the food is good and so is the service. My most recent stop I had the new bacon Caesar chicken sandwich and it was very good! My girlfriend doesn’t like McDonald’s and loved it.
Ordered a carmel frappe.
On ordering asked if they could cut back about a third on the carmel. I was told they can't customize the order.
The drink ended up being too sweet. :-/
Then the cost of the drink was more than the McDonald's we go to the west side.
We won't be going back, though we wish the store the best.

Leo is an incredible staff member and person. I came last minute for breakfast, and upon leaving the window I realized that my two hashbrowns had not been put in the bag. I went inside to ask for them and Leo made two fresh ones and added an extra for the inconvenience of waiting (which was less than two minutes). Really appreciated how he spoke with me and the quality of customer service, definitely one of the best McDonald’s experiences I’ve ever had.
