Tara was amazing, she helped us with the kiosk and replaced my complete order when there was a problem. Tara was extremely polite, friendly and apologetic about the order. McDonald's needs more employees like Tara, always willing to help with a smile.
The only reason I'm getting a three-star review and not a one-star because at least the french fries were hot and the Coca-Cola tasted good I told them I want to know onions or ketchup on my burgers and they had onions and ketchup on both burgers I asked for a fish fillet they told me they weren't making fish fillets today something about the fryer wasn't working or something but they're making french fries so that makes no sense and it's too bad that...
Rare that a counter person exists now. Everything is app/self service based and yet a meal costs as much as a meal at a restaurant. Doesn't quite make sense to me, but it's the world we live in. That said, use the app for discounts/deals to make things affordable.
