This McDonald’s is trash!!!!! Today I had an awful experience my son is on the spectrum. I was told that his large fry and two apple juice that I get 3 to 4 times a day that the large fry was weighed to only 6 ounces, which comes out to almost half a box. I told them that this is the only thing that my son eats, and that my husband and I come to this McDonald’s every day, I’m so disappointed in this community , I don’t feel supported, and I feel like I was overlooked....read full review
I got here at 7pm. We ordered 4 meals and waited for an hour for our food. We eventually asked for a manager and magically when we asked for a refund so we could leave and go elsewhere our food was ready. We declined it and just wanted a refund so we could leave. The manager on duty then shorted us money on the refund and when my husband went back in to tell her she stated “you come back to get another order and cancel it?” She was very rude and disrespectful. Coworker went and picked me up a big Mac the other day. There were chunks of flour in my bun, which must have been the last one in the bag, with how dry and smashed it was. Patty was cold with little flavor. As hungry as I was I threw thr other half in the trash, and have solidified my resolve to never eat at a McDonald's again. I don't care if it's free and I'm hungry.
