Ming's Water & Ice charges 40 cents per gallon of water and an extra 50 cents for debit card use without prior notice. Despite friendly owners and good ice cream, expired chips have been on the shelves since February. The staff is not friendly, and the water's taste has changed in the last 2 months. Customers should grab their water and leave without engaging with the staff. Additionally, there is a 5-cent charge for rinsing a bottle.
