Pretty plain sandwich. Way overpriced but that’s to be expected for an airport restaurant.

Paid almost $30 for 2 order of chicken tender and fries. Got 2 chicken tender and half the fries, each. What a rip off!

The worst ordered chicken breast sandwich got chicken nuggets in a bun. Just another example of how sky harbor has ruined good restaurants.

I tried to order a basic caprese sandwich, and the employee who was standing there doing nothing said it was “pre-made food only”. So I went next door to eat, and no less than 5 minutes later they are taking orders when the manager is standing around. I recommend avoiding this place and the lazy employees.

Not worth the money. I understand places at the airport are going to be more expensive. But $23 for a basic grilled cheese that had one slice of cheese, fries that weren’t even fried, and a bottle of water ain’t it. Not to mention I watched the cook take pieces of bacon from the line and eat them in front of customers. Not impressed.

Horrible. Wasn't even served. Young woman behind the counter snapped at me to get into a line that didn't exist and then wouldn't show me where the line was, only an empty space?!?

I can’t believe this place is still in business. Do yourself a favor and find a vending machine nearby, it will be better service and food than this junk.

Do not eat here, super over priced for what you get. This and a water bottle was 20 dollars...

The food is solid, the employees work hard, but it seems like the managers lack leadership. We came off a flight 6/10 with about 20-30 min to close. With many other options closed, including the taco place next door, the only 2 employees (cook and cashier) were inundated with a rush of folks. They took orders albeit off a limited menu (understandable) but management closed the line 10 min before 'close.' That's somewhat understandable to me and would be ok. What's not okay is that what I assume are the managers (tall thin white guy with a beard and button up; mid aged thin Hispanic guy in uniform) proceed to have their dinner and leave their crew hanging under a backlog of orders. Candidly, shitty leadership. Not only that, they ran off customers on the mexican side of the restaurant under the guise of "we're going to have to mop" then took over the main table to joke and have their dinner. Meanwhile, the two staff (young man, bulls mask and woman, quiet and super sweet) busted ass. Having been in the service Industry for well over a decade, this was appalling. It's poor leadership and these employees deserve better. I get wanting to wrap up your shift, especially at the airport, but that's just bullshit. Your employees put you in the place to lead but need you to succeed. Roll up your sleeves and help your employees. Don't enjoy your dinner while the rail is backed up. Do better. They deserve it.

I ordered a Fried Chicken Sandwich but I added cheese onto it with no Cole Slaw. When I received my order, I checked to make sure it was made correctly. It was missing the cheese, that I paid for. I asked for it to be remade. The supervisor got an attitude and tried to put the cheese on it without melting it. I asked for it to be melted since I got it 2 days prior melted. The manager told her how to do it. She proceeded to place the chicken on the grill with the cheese under the lid to melt. After waiting about 2 minutes, she dunked my cheese in the fryer’s oil, then put it on my sandwich & gave it to me. I asked to speak with the manager and she told me she has never had a request to add cheese to a chicken sandwich (which is a lie because I’ve gotten it just days prior). Once I told her about the attitude plus the cheese being dipped in grease, she proceeded to offer a refund. My sandwich was not remade. I am now feeling nauseous after eating this sandwich. The supervisor continued to have an attitude as I received my refund. Be mindful & watch them as they make your food.

The kids working here go so sloooooooooow. I watched one kid take 5 minutes to make a ham and cheese sandwich. Drinks cooler was also broken, so no cold drinks.

Seriously doubt the food safety at this stand in PHX. Ordered chicken tenders and watched them pull uncooked pre-beaded tenders out of a bag lying on the back counter. While waiting close to 30 minutes for my order, I never once saw the bag go back into a cooler. I’d rather light $14 on fire instead of risking salmonella from improperly handled food at the airport. Not eating that. Beware.

What a rip off!! Paid almost $6 for a few French fries!! It looked like a half of a child size order!
