I'm a Korean, and I know how fancy sushi places do in South Korea and Japan. This restaurant reminds me of those places-very authentic, variations are not too much Americanized, just right amount of modernization. I wish I lived near here so that I could come every week. Definitely, this is the best sushi place in the Phoenix metropolitan area (including Mesa, Gilbert, and Chandler).

I thought this place was pretty good. I enjoyed the sushi and sitting at the bar. Not the biggest wow factor sushi I’ve ever had but it was a good place to go by myself for an evening to sit at the bar.

We come here all the time for happy hour since we live nearby & because the price for the quality of fish they serve is amazing! We love going out to eat, so we've tried a lot of different sushi restaurants in AZ, and Bisutoro remains one of our top choices. Every time we come, the customer service is PHENOMENAL. That and the food is what really keeps us coming back.

Q is our usual server and he always makes us feel so welcomed. He offers top notch...
