We had such a great experience at Bisutoro! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was beautiful, and everything we ordered was excellent. What really made the evening memorable, though, was our server, Carlos. His service was truly top-tier from start to finish. He was attentive, friendly, and gave us excellent recommendations, including the perfect wine to pair with our meal. BISUTORO Sushi Bar Grill is located in a nice shopping center on Camelback. The restaurant has a sleek and clean design, though it can be a bit loud. The sushi offerings are excellent, with standout rolls including the chili sesame tuna and Bluefin Dragon. Guests have enjoyed wonderful cooked options, such as the Garlic Fried Chicken and Sweet & Sour Pork Belly. The Bird bun is a good alternative when the pork Bao bun is not available. Recent reviews highlight the exceptional quality of the fish and the knowledgeable and friendly service. Although the steak received mixed reviews, the servers are accommodating, and one even curated a unique experience with several authentic sides.
