December 22nd my stepdad and I flew through Phoenix airport. Stop and got food here. We both got a horrible case of food poisoning, possibly salmonella/e-coli. We were both sick for almost a week. After seeing other reviews with similar experiences why has the health department not shut them down? Someone needs to investigate.

Ordered a meal and after getting situated sitting went to cashier to ask for water. No water! Wait what? Asked for manager and manager said they don't have water other than buying their bottled water. Wait what? I never heard of a restaurant not giving water and there's no sign do you don't know until you pay for your meal that you must now buy their water too! NO WATER

Not from this destination go up to order food and the cashier guy was the rudest I had to restraint my self never been so miss treated and rudely talk to by any one of the pandas before never will I go back to that one or recommend that one with that cashier there

My husband came into your restaurant yesterday afternoon , got some food for lunch and went back to work wee hours of the morning he got struck with food poisoning...not good he is sick please check all dates on your items and becareful to not cross containment .

Food was decent for an airport and pricing is reasonable as well. Service was fast. Only downside is seating. Seating is very limited and the seating area is very congested.

This Panda is like other restaurants in the Airport Terminals . It is noisy , smelly , and crowded ! But the staff and the food are always great ? . I see some reviews that list problems , but aren't even the close to the facts . If you order Supergreens , it's Broccoli and Cabbage , if you order mixed vegetables , you get , 6 types of veggies.

Their hours say 10:30, but I showed up at 9:20 and they were out of items and refilling them. Even though there was a line. They do this often. Not very consistent. Please fix this. Either stay open until 10:30 or change your hours.

As a Taiwanese, I would say this Panda Express totally provides authentic Chinese dishes. All traveling Taiwanese and Chinese should not miss this!

I would like to share my unfortunate experience today that I went to buy food after my flight and the cashier who served me was extremely rude.
From the beginning, I noticed a significant difference in their treatment of me compared to other clients. While he treated the others kindly and with a smile, he spoke to me in a curt and derogatory manner. I asked the other customers if they wanted any accompanying sauce, she didn't even offer me anything and told me to have it, I went to where the cutlery was and there was nothing, I had to go back and ask her for what I needed and she continued to be rude. After a long flight the only thing I was looking for was to find some good food and relax a little, not bad treatment and discrimination.
Also, when I tried to scan my rewards code with my phone, he dismissively told me that they didn't have that program. This surprised me, as I had used the same code in other branches without problem. I felt discriminated against and belittled, and this experience left a bad taste in my mouth.
It is very disappointing to receive this type of treatment in a place where fair and professional customer service is expected. I hope that management takes steps to improve the training of their staff and ensure that all customers are treated with the respect and courtesy they deserve.
