Do NOT go to Panera at terminal 3 at PHX. 4 kiosks plus 2 humans taking orders and no one to prepare them. After they take your money they make you wait forever. 40 mins and counting. Don’t know how the food tastes as I am still waiting. So much for kiosks and automation if you don’t hire enuf help to get it done. Looking for a refund as I have to catch a flight!

We were staying at the local Residence Inn for a next day flight out of PHX. Panera was a few minutes from the hotel. The online ordering worked. There is not inside dining. It's all drive through. Waited five minutes behind one customer, parked at the takeout window. We ordered a cheese flatbread. It was like a giant Cheezit - cheap cheese, poor pizza bread, not hot. We also a had a salad. For about ten bucks, we got a salad in a pint container. Quality was okay, but fairly flavorless. I will not got to Panera again. Instead, I have never had a disappointing meal from Dominos pizza. Or, would rather get a burger from a chain.

Had an amazing experience at this place! The food is delicious. I ordered a soup, a latte, and a croissant, and my total was only $17. Plus, the service was speedy. Highly recommend!

I'm writing to express my disappointment with the salad I recently ordered. As a regular customer, I was surprised and dismayed to find that the quality has noticeably declined. Notably, the salad contained old and unappealing sliced tomatoes instead of the usual fresh cherry tomatoes, which significantly detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, the portion size was nearly half of what it used to be.This isn't the first time I've encountered quality issues here, and it's particularly disheartening given my frequent patronage. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously, as I am considering finding another place for my meals if these consistent quality concerns persist.
