A Big Shout out to the team at Papa John's Pizza , store #2249 in PHX. After my mobile order got all kinds of F'ed up I went to their store, the one my order should have gone to. As I spoke to the manager (I forget her name) someone from the mobile app called. They said after 6 failed process attempts they would refund my money, points used and a coupon I had used. Paid for delivery, tipped, and still got no napkins, no pepper flakes, nothing. If you’re going to charge delivery and expect a tip, at least include the basics- at least the napkins! Food came in a decent amount of time. It took 35 minutes from Bell and 43rd ave to Bell and 35th ave.
Seems like it was cold, yes it was! I ask for extra pizza sauce, they gave me garlic sauce. I hope it was just a bad day. But I probably will never go back! I also asked it to be cut in squares it was not.
