Excellent everything!!!
Best. In the USA.
Great visit to Bianco. This small wood fired pizzeria delivers. Nice salads, elegant pizzas and Mom's cookies for dessert. Nice wine selection, several beers on tap and wines by the glass. The location offers some serenity in the center of the city and a nice plaza to walk before or after your visit.
The servers were very attentive and helped my daughter with food choices to meet her dietary needs. The food was delicious, and we loved the ambiance.
Pizzeria Bianco is a must whenever we are in town. Our favorite is the WiseGuy, it's perfectly delicious. Eat inside or out, bring friends and family, try every pizza and save room for dessert!
Chris Bianco's staff always deliver delicious food with efficient and friendly service. All the awards Bianco's have received are definitely earned and deserved. Bianco's pizzas are by far our favorites.
Excellent dinner. We sampled 4 different pizzas, pappardelle with bolognese and fresh mozzarella and sautéed peppers. We couldn't ask for more! Great experience.
I am disappointed, this was a favorite and it's so sought after. However, this is the second time we have had a mediocre meal and service just not great at this location. Chris Bianco has always prided himself on quality and this meal just didn't taste like his food.
Went for Mother's Day. Can't go wrong with a pizza. But the Market Pasta is the move. Have yet to have one that underwhelms.
Pizzas are perfect. It's hard to think of ways to improve...There could be more low-cost Italian wines on the list...maybe a couple more salads...but I'm really reaching. Everything we ate was wonderful

It's rare that I give a place 5 starts across the board but this was some of the best pizza I've had. I showed up at the right time and was able to get a table inside almost right away...20 minutes later the was a wait. Ordered a few beers and pizza and it was fantastic. I 100% recommend this place if you're in the area and have a craving for pizza.
Parking: Don't park at the giant convention center across the street...parking is just too expensive. There's another parking garage around the corner that much more reasonable.

Wow just wow, both pizzas I got where amazing, I recommend the “wise guy” pizza! service was top notch, ambience was perfect. I was visiting from California. Stayed at the AC Hotel in downtown Phoenix, left the car at the hotel since everything is at walking distance and stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant. While I was eating Mr. Bianco himself made a special appearance.

This was my second visit, though the first was years ago. But I am not sure what accounts for the renown status of Bianco's pizza. It was good, but not amazing. The toppings were flavorful and unique. But I thought the crusts needed more salt to be interesting. And in spite of being nicely thin and baked to near blistered, some of the crusts seemed soggy. I think I've had better, but can't remember where.

The lady that helps, she appears to be the owner, is not that friendly. Suggest she just stays out of the customer service side.
