I can't believe that someone thought that it was a good idea to discontinue the Carmel Apple Cheesecake dessert. That was literally THE best dessert that you EVER had on the menu. But, you take that away, but leave that dry a** chocolate chip biscuit on the menu??? 🤨 Bad call. THAT'S the dessert you can retire forever. Ditch the biscuit and bring back the Carmel Apple Cheesecake. Please and thank you!“

“On this date9/20/24, never had a bad drive thru experience in my life, like today. Spanish lady, rude, i wanted to buy 4 Mardi gra mustard and she keeps saying ranch for tenders, i said i can have ranch on my biscuits ifn' i want. Nearly dropped the bag of food on purpose and kept yelling total $ amount of order... If you people served pizza I'd ask for ranch or honey mustard, geez, this could have been remedy if someone would have spoken up because they were obviously way under staff, way and communicating problems. I spend apx 50$ a week here because nice chicken and friendly service, not this time.. I may be looking for another chicken place, than experiencing this bad service again.

“We work across the street and order from them all the time. They are always good to us and we always enjoy their food. The neighborhood they are in is pretty rough, so that's the only thing I dinged them on is the atmosphere, but it's not their fault. They are always busy. Yes, it might look like nobody is in the store but they are prepping online orders all the time. Because they are always busy, I usually recommend ordering from the Popeye's app and give them half an hour. As I said, they are busy almost all the time and they go through chicken quick. It means they have to clean out the oil in their fryers and cook more from scratch. The food is worth the wait.“

“Was surprised to see how bad the ratings were but figured I'd try it anyways . The food was perfectly fine, the wait for the drive thru was short, and I had the nicest guy ever take my order . He even informed me of the upcoming specials. They didn't sound very appealing (why would I want tacos from Popeyes lol) but he was clearly excited to tell me about them . Maybe it's under new management ? I had a 5 star experience here though.“

“For fast food it was very good I give it a fast food five.

The guy at the counter was very nice. I love the sweet and spicy chicken wings. And the chicken sandwich was really good. The mashed potatoes and gravy were okay. There was a nice relaxing atmosphere with music.

And they added bonus is a gave me an extra wing that was nice. I ordered six but probably could have plowed through a good dozen wings.“
