It doesn't feel like a chain, it has the feel of a family owned business. Service was prompt, helpful with recomendations, and very family friendly. The ice coffee was so good, we split one and it's almost a desert. The Pho' is delicious and the menu is big enough to accommodate a variety of tastes. We enjoyed ourselves and heartily recommend.
My boyfriend surprised me with chicken & steak Pho from here and it was so good!! P.s it’s my first time trying Pho and I am mind blownTry the shrimp spring rolls with the peanut dip ;)

Highly recommend eating here! The food was delicious and all ingredients fresh. I got the combination pho which is very filling and serving is pretty good size. Service was fast, helpful and very friendly.
