I was doing food delivery for one of the apps when I dropped my Raising Cane‘s order on the ground and it was ruined. The customer was a young mom with two kids, and this was their special treat for the holiday. I contacted the app and they said that they would take care of it, but she told me that they told her to cancel the order and order it again, which she couldn’t do because she had spent her last dollar on that special treat for her kids for the holidays...
I go to this canes often. I do a lot of uber deliveries for this location as well. I’m not gonna mention the manager by name cause I don’t think she deserves that But here’s a story time. Great place for late night bites or any time really. Staff is super nice! Sometimes when I pull up in the drive through and I have my dogs they give me a few extra pieces of chicken! I hope I didn't get anyone in trouble by saying that!
