Came in about 15–20 minutes before closing and were prepared to just do takeout, but who I believe was the owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, telling us we could stay and enjoy our meal and take our time. That level of hospitality really stood out.

We’ve have been craving good pho ever since moving to AZ a few years ago. On a whim, we gave Rice Paddy a try and I am sooo grateful we did! 😍 Now we are uncomfortably full and happy as can be. πŸ˜‚

We live almost an hour from the restaurant but would ABSOLUTELY make the trip to come eat here again! Omg. Their food is absolutely phenomenal!
