Not sure what is going on at this location, but the last few times we have been there have not been great. The front person is not happy to be working in food service and lets you know it by her attitude. I was told by a regional manager she is no longer employed there, but no, she is still there. Napkins and condiments used to always be on the table, but last 2 times they are not. Drink machine was down today and she was very non apologet about it. Come on Smashburger, do better!
When this location is open, we really like the food. I usually get the Smashburger and regular fries and my spouse gets a BBQ chicken sandwich with their delicious onion strings. However, once every few times we try and visit, it's closed. It seems like they must have staffing issues. It's a shame since it's a 30 minute drive to get there from where we live.

I don't know what it's called but I had a bacon double cheeseburger basically. It was delicious. I have no complaints. And the crispy brussel sprouts were not quite crispy but quite delicious.
