Food is reliably decent at this chain, most times. Beef enchiladas were good. Horchata needs help. The service was extremely slow, to where I almost gave up waiting. The staff was nice, but some improvements are needed. Staff and restaurant were clean.
This is one of the best visits I've ever had Cafe Rio. Particularly because of the nice blonde woman behind the counter. I can't remember her name, I think maybe it was Elizabeth. But she was amazing so kind and so considerate. She acknowledged my kids and greeted us with a sweet smile.

Honestly the quality has gone down over the years, this place used to be really good and fresh but now it seems like the food sits out f9rever and gets super dried out. The rice is inedible and the queso tastes horribly powdered. The flavor is still good but the overall texture and quality of it is poor.
