The staff is very helpful and friendly, providing quick service, especially in the morning. Customers enjoy the green tea and coffee, though some find the food just okay as most items are preheated. Drinks are well-made, with one customer noting the drink was perfect with tiny ice chips. However, there was a recent issue with tightly sealed lids on the Venti Strawberry Acai Refresher, making it difficult to add ice. Overall, it’s a great place to relax, despite some noise and echo.
