If I could give more than a five star, I would Mikey was at the window and he definitely blue my visit out of the water. I have never been to a Starbucks where someone actually either cared about the person they were helping or really like their job. Everyone needs to be more like Mikey. He definitely was the best part of my visit.
It was our first time at this location. This is a very busy location. The line in the drive thru was long. I ordered in the app for pickup. The cappuccino was served hot and fresh. The lemonade was cool and refreshing. The customer service was good. I recommend this location.
Its 50/50 regarding the staff. Lines are way too slow during peak hours. I waited 50 min (FIFTY MINUTES!) in the drive through line. I couldn't get out because I was already halfway through with cars behind me. Another time, I called just to ask "would you know roughly how long the wait would be?" The girl said "yea, so we're really backed up because of the by one get one so yea, you'll have to wait"...chill out, that wasn't helpful at all....
