Service is very inconsistent. The drinks are not consistent. The whipped cream has gotten runny consistency anymore,sometimes when we’ve ordered our sugar-free I think they’ve used regular. I just think they need to pay better attention to these drinks since they do cost so much.
If I could give more than a five star, I would Mikey was at the window and he definitely blue my visit out of the water. I have never been to a Starbucks where someone actually either cared about the person they were helping or really like their job. Everyone needs to be more like Mikey. He definitely was the best part of my visit.
It was our first time at this location. This is a very busy location. The line in the drive thru was long. I ordered in the app for pickup. The cappuccino was served hot and fresh. The lemonade was cool and refreshing. The customer service was good. I recommend this location.
