Salad and Go is a popular spot for a quick and delicious meal. It offers a variety of salads and wraps, with prices that are surprisingly affordable, such as the $8 wrap. Customers often appreciate the friendly staff and speedy service, making it a convenient choice for breakfast or lunch. Some visitors note that salads are often prepped in advance, which may affect freshness, and salads mostly consist of lettuce with only small amounts of toppings like chicken or cranberries. Despite this, the salads are filling and offer good value, especially when customized with extras like almonds. The restaurant also features a good selection of wraps and salads, all tasting very good and prepared fresh. Overall, it remains a popular place for healthy, inexpensive food that is quick to serve.
