I have been getting the same drink almost everyday for a year. I recently moved and this Starbucks is the closest one and they never make the drink right. This is a standard drink with no modifications. When I tell them they act like I’m lying and say we added a few more pumps when there are no pumps to begin with. Some of the staff need to pay attention and make sure they are making drinks correctly
TLDR:I have had to start driving to another location due to the service here.
One occasion, ordering a bagel with cream cheese, i looked in the bag and there was no bagel, just cream cheese. I called it out to them and they went to fix it. Twice, while waiting for the bagel, people kept trying to hand me the bag, without the bagel. They didn't even check what was in there. This was a mobile order so i could reduce time because i was headed to work.

It's not really fair to categorize this type of mass-production focused Starbucks with the cozy customer-centered ones, but there's no way to tell them apart until you're there. This one has no posted menus and no indoor seating; it's set up almost exclusively for door dash orders and drive-thru traffic. You can order something in person but don't plan to drink it there.
