My immediate impression was, “This Starbucks is really well run!” The music was lively but not too loud and the employees were obviously having a good time while working fast and efficiently. My online order was ready right when I walked in and perfect!
I went through the drive through a few days ago and informed them that my daughter placed an order through their free app, the girl who helped me at the window was a delight! The girl who took my order at the screen (I believe her name was Maria) was very rude and snippy. She said I should’ve given them time to make the order, but i had not placed it to know when it would be ready. I thanked the girl at window and came inside, the first door I tried was locked. I just wanted to give a shout-out to the staff at this location. I don't think Starbucks understands that they offer the community a passive service by providing a bathroom, Wi-Fi, a seat and a smile to social workers who visit families in the community. I've been to this location multiple times, sometimes getting a drink but most of the time to use the bathroom and they never judge or ask questions, simply give me the code and a smile.
