Bought a Starbucks travel mug and servers refused to give me my complimentary fill up or honour my gift card.

Talk about super pricey! Couldn’t believe the prices on all items on the menu. Just insane. Not even Starbucks owned—franchised

Just when I thought Starbucks could not get any worse, I bought my wife and I a beverage at the Starbucks at terminal 3 Sky Harbor airport. They have discovered a new way to rip you off instead of just charging a bit more like everybody else on the concourse. They renamed their medium size drink and call it a large AKA: Grande which is a total lie. This baby size drink reminds me of an episode of Seinfeld when the little bald guy was in the shower room and people mocked the size of his "package" and his only excuse was that "the pool was cold". Well Starbucks, I'm NOT going into your cold pool ever again and this will be the LAST drink I ever buy from you for myself. The only reason they keep doing to us as consumers is because we let them... their profits are soaring on the backs of consumers who don't take a stand. There ARE other coffee shops people. What you permit, you promote.

I don't know the exact strategy of putting the Starbucks with the best customer service and speedy drink making on the first floor of terminal four in the Phoenix international airport. I do know that I will be going out of my way to swing down to baggage claim, even when I don't check a bag, because Nasra and the team at this Starbucks makes me feel like Seattle is just a little closer to the desert.

This was the slowest and most disappointing Starbucks experience I've ever had. The line moved at a glacial pace and the workers couldn't care less. It took over 30 minutes to get an iced coffee with oat milk. Not the mention the iced coffee had a splash of coffee with way too much oat milk and ice. My coffee tasted like bland oat milk. Also, there were no prices on the menu - everything was $0... I won't be going back! So bad!

Service was slow for 5:30am and 5 baristas working. Lots of inefficiencies & little communication. Thankfully I had some flexibility in my schedule to allow another woman a head of me who didn't have time to wait for their drink. 25 minutes for a hot coffee & blueberry muffin, is a little unreasonable for an airport coffee shop. Starbucks...I know you can do better.

A five a.m. open means 5:10. The two employees tasked with opening the airport "store" (which is more like an open kiosk) are moving like they hate being here. There is no sign that says when they open, but since their was a line of 20+ people, and staff was moving amaaaaaazinhke slow, I asked one of the two employees what time they opened at 5:05. I don't know maybe they aren't late open for 5, but super early for a 5:30 open. The employee looked at me and said "we open at 5 but we are doing the best we can. You are gonna have to wait" Oh. And the gentleman behind the counter is on his phone texting, while he is sayin this to me, then using his bare hand to stock croissants. Hope his phone is clean because now what ever is on his phone is now on all the future customers croissants!? (As an update Skyharbor is an international airport and the CoronaVirus is a very real concern, so his lack of any apparent sanitary practices is actually a concern that isn't actually funny) This place is unclean and disgusting. The inability for one of the two employees to understand cross contamination at an international airport is bordering on, if not surpassing the standard for criminal negligence! Beside opening late and generally being a slacker.

Had three hours between flights. Had breakfast in Las Vegas before a 43 minute flight. All I wanted was a cold drink and Starbucks filled the need. Service was good as was my drink.

Came here for a quick bite and a drink before catching a flight. After waiting 40 minutes for a sandwich with no communication from the staff, I asked the staff when my sandwich would be ready as my flight had started to board. They said there was some kind of mistake, and ended up refunding part of my order, leaving me to catch a 4 hour flight without eating anything before. I only assumed after waiting this long and getting nothing due to their mistake, I would have been offered some other food or at least be refunded for the green tea I ordered but I guess not.

Efficient, accommodating staff; nice space and playlist.

When I've come to this location before, it is always crazy busy, that isn't the case first thing in the morning. There are employees there 'on time' but waiting on the rest of the staff to show up so their business hours are just a suggestion and don't have an actual firm time they will start serving customers. If you need Starbucks and have a flight before 6am, you'll need to get it somewhere else

Did not open on time to get coffee before morning flight. Employee inside didn’t seem concerned to open or even move fast and serve the line of people stacking up at 5:15am

This Starbucks was supposed to open at 4 a.m.. I arrived at this location at 4:30 a.m. and waited for 15 minutes prior to going inside a dark store to find three employees sitting in the dark and unwilling to come out and tell the line of people that they were not opening because they were waiting on a late employee. When asked what time they were planning on opening they stated maybe 5:00 a.m. but were unsure. I asked them again to go out and let people know, which would be the professional thing to do and they refused to do so. I asked who was their manager and they advised her name was Lauren and when asked her last name none of them knew her last name. I asked where she was and they said she runs from store to store. I believe there needs to be more training on how to provide good customer service and how to handle things professionally. Employees need to know who to call when other employees leave them short-staffed. Unexpected things happen, but how we respond is key.

Slowest Starbucks I have seen. After almost giving up multiple times, I stuck through waiting like the other peons in line. When it was finally my turn to order, I then find out they were sold out of the over priced hoity toity holiday drink.

As a semi-frequent flyer to Phoenix via American I'm quite pleased that this Starbucks exists. It's easy to access and never has a huge line. They also have a nice selection of Arizona mugs and things. I was especially delighted when the barista made a special drink for me when they were out of pumpkin. He was super charming and kind and made my experience that much more enjoyable!
